• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your session secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile or the Delete Account page — deletion is permanent.
• If you are enrolled through an institution, your admin may manage enrollment; see our Privacy Policy for how institution data access works.

• Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes related to your exam preparation.
• Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, or resell curriculum content, questions, or AI-generated explanations without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, hack, or abuse the service — including automated bulk access or circumventing usage limits.
• Do not share account credentials or impersonate another user.

GoZap is designed to support exam preparation through structured learning, practice sprints, and progress tracking. We do not guarantee specific exam results, ranks, or pass outcomes.

Your results depend on your effort, syllabus coverage, exam-board requirements, and factors outside our control. Content is provided for educational use and may be updated as syllabi and features evolve.

We may update platform features, pricing (if applicable), or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of GoZap after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, you should stop using the service and may delete your account.
