We built GoZap for exam preparation. We collect only what we need to run the product, personalise your study experience, and keep your account secure.
What we collect
- Account information — name, phone number, exam preferences, and institution details when you enroll through a coaching centre or college.
- Learning data — sprints, mastery scores, mistakes, repair sessions, streaks, and progress history used to power your dashboard and study recommendations.
- Technical data — device and browser information, IP address, and logs used for security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
How we use it
- Personalise your study plan, subject lines, and progress views.
- Authenticate your account via OTP and prevent unauthorised access.
- Improve platform features, fix bugs, and respond to support requests.
- Meet legal or regulatory obligations when required by law.
We do not use your learning data to train public third-party AI models for unrelated products.
Your rights
You can request correction of inaccurate profile information from your account settings or by contacting support.
You can permanently delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your profile and associated learning data from our active systems.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and industry-standard practices to protect your data.
No online service can guarantee 100% security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
